Annisha Lashand

About the fOUNDER

Annisha was born from a lineage of healers. She was shown the practice of Zen meditation at the young age of six and was taught Reiki at the age of ten by her grandfather, a Reiki Master. With such a spiritual upbringing, Annisha has always sought out safe and sacred spaces and now, in adulthood, works to create them everywhere she goes.

Annisha is a mindfulness practitioner based in Toronto who facilitates meditation in corporate workspaces, group circles, events, and 1-1. She also offers distance and in-person Reiki.
